Sometimes, I really hate the voting population of America’s Best Dance Crew. Like as soon as I hear that they’re NOT from the United States, I automatically feel sorry for them, because I know that no matter how well they dance, America’s not going to vote for them.
I have heard a few arguments regarding ABDC:
“It’s called AMERICA’S best dance crew.”
Mexico and Canada are in America. The United States≠America.
“There is NO bias against other countries!”
Yes there is. Let’s take Bluprint Cru for an example. Every time, no matter how well they danced, America refused to give them the votes needed to stay out of the bottom two. But the judges saved them every time. If the judges were able to pick the winner like they did in Season 1, I can guarantee you that the ending result may be quite different. (Don’t get me wrong, I like Poreotics and all, but I don’t feel like the dancing skill can really compare to that of the other winners.)
